Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:



* You will shape and further develop our Digital Experience Portfolio as a strategic framework for digitalization and innovation.

In doing so, you will identify relevant technology domains, define target visions, and translate technological developments into tangible business value and practical use cases.


* You will independently identify strategic needs for action, weaknesses, and optimization potential within business and IT processes and derive concrete digitalization and innovation initiatives.

You will evaluate emerging technologies with regard to business value, maturity level, and strategic relevance to drive continuous improvement.


* You will continuously monitor and assess technological developments, market trends, and innovations in the healthcare environment in close collaboration with external experts and internal subject matter experts.


* You will be responsible for the ongoing development and optimization of the end-to-end framework for idea and innovation management within our IT Services organization and ensure its integration with adjacent ITSM processes.


* You will work closely with our internal Business Partner Managers to gain an overview of requirements from individual business units and derive key areas for action.


* You will independently develop concepts, decision-making frameworks, and roadmaps for strategic digitalization and innovation topics and secure commitment from leadership and relevant stakeholders.


* You will actively contribute to initiatives and projects within the Innovation and Digitalization Center, drive your own ideas, and bring forward innovative concepts and strategic future-oriented topics.
