Job Summary The Controller is a key finance leader who delivers accurate financial insight, strengthens controls, and supports profitable growth across Sheboygan Paint Company.

This role leads accounting, reporting, compliance, treasury, budgeting support, and analysis while partnering with operations, R&D, sales, and executive leadership.

The Controller also develops the accounting team and promotes accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting, Financial Reporting & Compliance Lead accurate, timely U.S.

GAAP financial reporting.

Manage month-end, quarter-end, year-end, and tax deliverables.

Together with plant leadership, manage inventory reporting and processes.

Oversee internal controls, policies, and financial governance.

Manage insurance renewals and risk-management documentation.

Treasury Management Manage cash activity, banking compliance, and liquidity planning.

Lead AR, AP, and general ledger process discipline.

Control fixed assets and capital spending records.

Business Partnering Enhance ERP, data governance, and dashboard reporting, turning business drivers into actionable financial insight.

Assist with CFO with the annual budgeting process.

Partner with the CFO and other leaders on forecasting and variance analysis.

Partner with the CFO and HR on benefits administration.

Leadership & Team Development Coach and develop the accounting team.

Set expectations and reinforce accountability for quality and deadlines.

Promote accuracy, transparency, ownership, and partnership.
