OVERVIEW: Lead the construction of electric infrastructure that powers NOVEC's communities and supports future growth.

As Director, Electric System Construction, you will apply a strategic mindset to anticipate system needs, drive vision and purpose to inspire action, and use financial acumen to guide investments and manage budgets.

You will manage complexity across transmission and distribution projects, build effective teams through collaboration and development, and drive results by delivering safe, reliable infrastructure on schedule and within budget.

The Director of Electric System Construction is responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all electric utility construction activities, including transmission, distribution, and system infrastructure projects.

This role provides leadership and oversight for approximately 4-6 direct reports and 90 indirect reports, ensuring construction programs are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting system reliability, customer growth, and corporate objectives.
