Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated The Technical Specialist (TS) to support the London South region within our Electrophysiology (EP) business.

The Technical Specialist (TS) is an established and productive field-based individual contributor responsible for driving clinical excellence and supporting the adoption of Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology technologies, including the CARTO™ 3 Mapping System, ablation catheters, and associated EP solutions.

Working under moderate supervision, the Technical Specialist partners closely with physicians, electrophysiology lab staff, and commercial colleagues to deliver best-in-class clinical support, customer education, and procedural expertise.

The role plays a critical part in helping customers improve patient outcomes while supporting the organisation's overall technical, clinical, and commercial strategy.

The Technical Specialist applies practical electrophysiology and product knowledge to implement customer-focused initiatives, accelerate technology adoption, and contribute to sustainable business growth within the assigned territory.

This role is eligible for sales incentives and commission programmes.
