We are searching for the best talent for Manufacturing Supervisor - New Product Introduction to be in Borgo San Michele - Latina.

Purpose:

For our pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Latina (Italy), we are looking for a MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR (PG 25) to be hired with a PERMANENT CONTRACT within the Operations Department (manufacturing area).

The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for the operational execution of:



* NPIs production on both batch mode and continuous manufacturing


* Commercial production of Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC

The role provides leadership as direct responsible of a group of operators, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution of manufacturing activities while supporting the site's innovation pipeline, technology transfers and future commercial readiness initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved according to business priorities and timelines.

This is an on-site position reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

As a Manufacturing Supervisor - New Product Introduction, you will:



* Lead and supervise NPI manufacturing activities across Batch Mode, Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC area, ensuring successful execution of validation activities/technical transfer and commercial readiness of manufacturing campaigns;
