As Regulatory Affairs Leader in EMEA for the J&J MedTech Interatrial Shunting business, you will be responsible for leading and supporting critical regulatory functions, including submissions and strategic projects.

As a regulatory expert, you will formulate regulatory strategies to achieve regional objectives and provide in-depth regulatory advice to the organization to ensure best industrial practices being implemented in the organization.

This position will provide full support for the day-to-day needs of regional regulatory activities for the company.

Core responsibilities:


* Develop and implement regulatory strategies that integrate scientific, regulatory and business considerations to support product development, manufacturing, distribution and lifecycle management in compliance with applicable global requirements.


* Prepare, lead all aspects of and maintain regulatory submissions and technical documentation, including: EU MDR (European Regulation 2017/745 on Medical Devices) technical documentation, submissions and processes to support sustained CE marking, change notifications, certificate renewals, technical reports and agency certifications.
