* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify new product and business opportunities for the BMW Group.


* Support cross-functional teams and coordinate initiatives with external partners.


* Build and maintain relationships with Silicon Valley technology companies and other strategic partners.


* Help develop innovative business models and new products in collaboration with marketing, engineering, sales, and UX/design teams across BMW headquarters and U.S.

entities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.


* Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited college or university.


* US Work Authorization required.


* Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).


* Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.


* Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).


* Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.


* Prior BMW Group experience.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.


* Field of Study: Business Administration, Economics, Business IT / Engineering, Marketing or Data and Business Analytics.


* Business fluent English or German.


* Expert knowledge of Microsoft Power Point and Excel.


* Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills.


* Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.


* Excellent organizational and planning skills.


* Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment.


* Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.


* Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project.


* Strong analytical capabilities.

This is a hybrid role that requires in office days at the Mountain View, CA location.

Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $32.50.
Graduate students: Hourly rate is $40.00.

The selected student's current academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate.
