As a Server Assistant, you are a vital part of the front of house team -- supporting servers in delivering seamless, high-quality service by keeping tables clean and reset, maintaining service areas, and ensuring the dining room is always stocked and guest-ready.

What You'll Do Guest Experience & Service Support Assist servers in delivering efficient, courteous, and high-quality food and beverage service to guests Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or needs as they arise Maintain a positive, calm, and diplomatic demeanor in all guest and team member interactions Operations & Standards Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly between and during guest service Sanitize countertops, tables, chairs, and service areas throughout each shift Clean and organize glassware, utensils, and bar equipment Prepare bar and service equipment to be ready for the next shift Stock all wares and equipment needed for service Dispose of empty cans and glass bottles in the appropriate containers Conduct food and beverage inventory per AATMOS standards Follow all AATMOS standard operating procedures and service standards
