ReGenesis Health Care is seeking an experienced physician leader to serve as our Senior Medical Director Primary Care in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

This is an opportunity for a physician who wants to combine executive clinical leadership with meaningful patient care.

The Senior Medical Director will provide leadership to our primary care providers, advance quality and clinical performance, mentor physicians and advanced practice providers, and partner with executive leadership on the continued growth and development of ReGenesis Health Care.

Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the Senior Medical Director will help shape clinical strategy while maintaining an active clinical practice.

As a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), ReGenesis Health Care provides comprehensive, integrated healthcare to communities throughout Upstate South Carolina.

This physician leader will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and other organizational leaders to strengthen clinical quality, provider performance, patient outcomes, operational effectiveness, and access to care.

The Senior Medical Director will also play an important role in developing physicians and advanced practice providers, standardizing clinical best practices, supporting recruitment and retention, and advancing population health and value-based care initiatives.
