Job responsibilities



* Hands-on management of the product roadmap, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets, for Access experiences using data to support decision making


* Leads the product lifecycle adherence through budgeting, planning, execution, and future development by continuously monitoring business targets such as cost, features adoption, and reliability to support growth


* Influences and manages global senior stakeholders across the payments ecosystem, driving change and alignment in complex matrixed organizations


* Establishes and maintains strong product governance frameworks, staying in the details to ensure compliance with internal and external processes across teams


* Drive successful delivery of complex product initiatives using best-in-class project management methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget


* Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives


* Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation, particularly in payments and cash management


* Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications with a strong focus on payments and transaction banking


* Knowledge of Payments and Transaction Banking industries


* Knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics, and governance frameworks


* Proven ability to influence and drive adoption of key product life cycle activitiescusing data


* Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions


* Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills to drive change, lead cross functional teams, and deliver products from conception to launch
