Read on What Youll Need to Bring to the Table: Minimum of 1 years prior office administration and customer service skills.Minimum 3 years' accounting experience.Yardi experience required.Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independentlyStrong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.Strong time management skills.Solid communication skills.

Your Calling Will Be: Set up tour appointments.Distribute keys and parking passes.Conduct property walkthrough and inspections.Lease boat slips, verify and submit applications to manager for final approval.Post and date stamp receivables daily, timely and accurately on Yardi.Ensure all accounts are paid in full.Any other duties and special projects as needed.
