Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

-Implements automated test cases and scripts using Playwright as part of the team's new test automation framework
-Creates new automated (and manual, where needed) test cases or scripts, with growing independence as framework maturity increases
-Supports adoption of AI and automation tooling across the QA process, contributing ideas and piloting new techniques as the initiative matures
-Produces or collects all required metrics, reports, and audits for relevant work products according to process
-Maintains test cases or scripts and seeks to continuously improve product coverage
-Executes all assigned automated testing according to the schedule and productivity targets
-Escalates concerns about project/product/process quality in a clear, timely, collaborative, constructive way
-Assists in root cause analysis and proposes corrective actions
-Communicates and coordinates effectively across a distributed team, including a contracted QA group and an in-house team spread internationally, to help drive change and alignment
-Works independently with little oversight, while collaborating closely with the QA Manager (PST) to ensure strong working-hours overlap
-Assists in improvement initiatives as requested

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Work Experience: 2-4+ years of relevant experience

Bonus: experience in corrections, public safety, or adjacent regulated industries, to help inform test case design
