Analytics and Insights Engineer III, Workforce Data Analysis

Work you'll do

As a Data Analysis Analytics and Insights Engineer III on the team, you will be responsible for...


* Developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and/or SPSS to support analysis of workforce and human resources data


* Conducting data analysis across HR datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders


* Aggregating, cleaning, and validating structured and unstructured data from multiple source systems to support reporting and decision-making


* Using Python to manipulate, transform, and analyze data in support of recurring and ad hoc business needs


* Supporting work in a classified environment and complying with security and clearance requirements

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 5+ years of professional work experience


* 2+ years of experience developing data visualizations and conducting data analysis, preferably with HR datasets in Tableau and/or SPSS


* Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required


* Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA


* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
