CCC Senior Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Main duties and responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.) Supervises subordinate technicians in work involving construction, remodeling, building repairs and painting.

Plans job assignments and ensures jobs are completed safely and efficiently.Proficient and versatile in all skilled crafts including plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, electronic security, heating and air conditioning, keying and locksmith, and glazing.Determines proper tools and equipment and orders appropriate supplies and materials for tasks.
