Survey Engineering Summer Intern - 2027

Montana Resources is seeking intern applicants with the following degree interest and experience:


* Geological Engineering


* Civil Engineering


* Mine Engineering


* Construction


* Geotechnical Engineering


* Minerals Engineering


* Metallurgical Engineering


* Hydrogeological Engineering

You must be enrolled in a secondary education program for the fall 2027 school year to qualify.


* Assist crews with general labor tasks around the mine site.


* Follow all safety procedures and MSHA regulations


* Perform other duties as assigned to support the engineering department.

Work Environment


* Outdoor industrial mining environment


* Exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and changing weather conditions


* Work performed near heavy equipment and moving machinery

Physical Demands


* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly


* Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing


* Ability to work on uneven ground and in elevated areas


* Capable of performing physically demanding labor for extended periods
