* MRP/ERP experience, JD Edwards a plus


* Strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills.


* Ability to perform repetitious work and maintain a high attention to detail and consistency.


* Ability to read, analyze and interpret business documents, technical procedures or operating procedures.


* Knowledge of basic manufacturing operations and process flows


* Work independently and collaboratively with the team


* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications


* Experience in the aerospace industry or in related manufacturing environments is preferred.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Skokie, IL 60076: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person


* Accurately enter customer orders and maintain related data in JD Edwards and customer portals.


* Serve as a primary point of contact for customer order status inquiries, expedite requests and delivery updates.


* Proactively communicate any delays or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.


* Process order changes in coordination with planning and production.


* Record contractual discrepancies in customer portal ensuring timely resolution.

Cross Functional Support


* In coordination with production and shipping, issue purchase orders to outside processors, proactively tracking deliveries and reporting delays to the production team.


* Prepare shipping and compliance documentation as required.


* Print work orders for distribution to the production floor.
