The Senior IT Project Manager leads the execution of complex IT transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.

Orchestrates cross-functional teams, governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and vendor performance to drive predictable outcomes and business adoption across strategic initiatives.

Your role:


* You will lead complex, cross-functional IT projects (e.g., CRM implementations and rollouts, SAP migrations), ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.


* You will drive end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource orchestration, risk management, and dependency resolution across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.


* You will act as the primary interface between business, IT, and external partners, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and delivery outcomes.


* You will drive senior stakeholder engagement, including steering committees and executive alignment.


* You will manage and steer external system integrators and vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery, accountability, and adherence to defined standards.


* You will establish and enforce project governance, including status reporting, decision forums, escalation management, and milestone tracking.


* You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and interdependencies, ensuring transparency and timely resolution across all program layers.


* You will ensure successful business adoption by aligning delivery with end-to-end process requirements and change management needs.

Your expertise:


* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.


* 8-10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, leading large-scale, complex transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.


* Proven track record in delivering major programs such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., SAP), or ITSM transformations, including global rollouts.
