MSL-Immunology (Dermatology) is responsible for building scientific relationships with medical KOLs and understanding unmet medical needs in the assigned therapeutic area, serving as a field-based medical communication channel for Medical Affairs, Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Korea.

The individual in this position will contribute to developing and maintaining a medical strategy plan aligned with the cross-functional therapeutic area and company strategy through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

This position is also responsible for conducting all activities in accordance with current regulatory and healthcare compliance guidelines.

External Customer Engagement & Partnership based on strategic agility as a medical representative of Medical Affairs, J&J Innovative Medicine

1) Develop and maintain external relationships with key Individuals (KIs) to identify scientific needs and stay abreast of current scientific trends:


* Conduct balanced communication with KIs to understand their perspectives through various interaction channels, including individual or group discussions, presentations, and remote communications.


* Provide clinical support to KIs and physicians on the clinical application of Janssen Korea's established and pipeline products.
