Napa Valley Care Center is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team! If you take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Housekeeper, you will play an essential role in maintaining the comfort, health, and well-being of our residents by ensuring patient rooms, common areas, and facility spaces are kept spotless and inviting.

What You'll Do


* Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas


* Empty trash and dispose of waste properly


* Dust, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility


* Restock housekeeping supplies as needed


* Follow infection control and safety procedures


* Respond promptly to housekeeping requests


* Work collaboratively with nursing and other departments to ensure resident satisfaction

What We're Looking For


* Housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, or janitorial experience preferred


* Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus but not required


* Ability to work efficiently and independently


* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


* Positive attitude and strong work ethic


* Reliable attendance and punctuality


* Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry housekeeping equipment and supplies
