We are looking for aMaintenance Tech for our Los Angeles areawho is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of real property equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of real property equipmentDiagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustmentsUse a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing dutiesComply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areasEnsure all resident needs are met in a timely mannerMust be able to take initiative and possess problem solving skillsExcellent customer service and computer skills is a plus MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience as a Maintenance Tech preferredHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Vacation and HolidaysMedical, Dental, Vision, Life and Ancillary benefits401K with Company MatchPotential Quarterly Bonus
