Banquet Prep Cook

This position will: - Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as per menu specifications.- Prepare sauces for use in various dishes- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of dishes.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times and maintain a clean and neat work station.
