Outside Sales Representative (Fencing)

FencePro is an established and growing fence company in Jacksonville looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a field-based sales position.

Youll spend most of your day meeting with homeowners and businesses who have already contacted FencePro about a fencing project.

Youll evaluate their property, understand what theyre looking for, measure the project, present options and pricing, and work to earn their business.

We provide the leads and schedule the estimates.

Your job is to create a great experience, build trust with the customer, and close the sale.

Were looking for someone who is personable, confident, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of their customers.

That includes following up on open estimates, communicating with customers as their project moves forward, and helping resolve questions or concerns when they come up.

You do not need to be a fencing expert.

We can teach fencing, materials, measuring, estimating, and our sales process.

Were more interested in finding someone with strong people skills, good judgment, a competitive mindset, and the drive to sell.

Responsibilities Run scheduled residential and commercial fence estimates throughout JacksonvilleMeet customers on-site, understand their needs, and measure projectsPrepare and present estimates using FencePro's established pricing and sales processFollow up on open estimates, close sales, and collect depositsMaintain communication with customers from estimate through project completionWork closely with our office and operations team to ensure a smooth handoffProfessionally address customer questions or concerns related to your projectsBuild repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting new people, selling, and having their performance directly impact their income.
