Copper Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a results-driven Healthcare Marketer to build and maintain relationships with referral sources, drive census growth, and increase community awareness of our services.
Responsibilities


* Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations.


* Conduct facility tours and represent Copper Ridge at networking events.


* Execute marketing and business development initiatives.


* Monitor referral activity and market trends.


* Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve census goals.


* Maintain CRM and referral tracking systems.

Qualifications


* Healthcare marketing, admissions, sales, or business development experience preferred.


* Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience strongly preferred.


* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.


* Ability to meet goals and work independently.
