Quality Supervisor
Your Job
As a Quality Supervisor, you will lead and develop a team of Quality Technicians while supporting quality excellence in a manufacturing environment.
You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement, resolve production and quality issues, and ensure customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements are met.

In this role, you will lead Quality Technicians and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure quality objectives are achieved across the operation.
What You Will Do
* Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Technician team, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Manage employee performance, development, communication, and alignment with team and business objectives
* Partner with Quality, Production, Engineering, Metrology, and Operations to improve quality processes and resolve production concerns
* Develop and maintain inspection processes, work instructions, sampling plans, inspection documentation, and measurement system studies
* Oversee nonconforming material, product disposition, sorting, rework, and related inventory control activities
* Support quality investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Conduct quality audits and ensure applicable quality systems, regulatory requirements, procedures, work instructions, and control plans are followed
* Coordinate quality training and champion a safe, compliant, collaborative, and environmentally responsible work environment
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
* 2+ years of experience conducting employee coaching, performance discussions, and development activities with direct reports
* Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
What Will Put You Ahead
* Experience supporting quality processes, inspections, nonconforming material, corrective actions, or quality investigations in a manufacturing environment
* Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field
* Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA 21 CFR 820, or similar quality and regulatory standards
* Experience using precision measurement equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, vision systems, optical comparators, force measurement equipment, or hand measurement tools
* Experience with measurement system analysis, process capability studies, Pareto analysis, cause-and-effect analysis, or design of experiments
* Quality-related certification, such as an ASQ certification
