Bridge Crest Post Acute is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
• Take and record vital signs
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Follow all care plans and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification
• Compassionate and dependable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Long-term care experience preferred
