All About the Assistant General Manager Role As theAssistant General Manager at Draft, youll work alongside the General Manager to lead daily operations at one of Belmont Parks signature beachfront restaurants.

From coaching the team and keeping service running smoothly to managing costs, supporting the bar and culinary teams, and connecting with Guests, youll have a direct impact on the restaurants culture, performance, and overall success.

Your Role at Belmont Park Youll be a visible, hands-on leader who knows when to jump into the action and when to step back and coach the team.

Youll help set the tone for Draft by supporting our Supervisors, Leads, and team members while partnering with Food & Beverage leadership, culinary, and beverage teams to deliver great food, great service, and an experience that keeps Guests coming back.
