Reports To: Chief Program Officer

Pay Range: $195,000 - $210,000 annually

The salary range for this position is $195,000 - $210,000 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, California.

This range reflects the anticipated hiring range for qualified candidates and may vary based on geographic location.

Candidates hired in Southern California or Bay Area locations may be eligible for a higher starting salary due to regional labor market and cost-of-living considerations.

Final compensation will be determined based on education, licensure, years of executive leadership experience, demonstrated expertise in residential services management, specialized credentials, internal equity, and market data for the position and work location.
