ERM is seeking a Managing Technical Consultant, Due Diligence (Mergers & Acquisitions) to join our growing team across the United States.

In this strategic role, you will advise infrastructure investors, private equity firms, investment banks, financial institutions, and energy companies on critical investment decisions, helping them identify risks, uncover opportunities, and make informed choices.

Working alongside ERM Partners and technical specialists across the globe, you'll play a key role in expanding our Technical Due Diligence offering while delivering meaningful value to clients navigating complex transactions.

Due to increasing demand for our Transaction Advisory Services, we are expanding our Technical Due Diligence team and seeking a leader who can combine technical excellence, commercial insight, and strong client relationships to drive growth and successful project delivery.

In this role, you will:


* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients evaluating infrastructure and energy investments.


* Deliver technical, operational, and business plan assessments that support buy-side, sell-side, and project financing transactions.


* Develop and strengthen relationships with infrastructure funds, private equity firms, investment banks, financial institutions, and energy companies.


* Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and contributing to new business development initiatives.


* Collaborate across ERM's global network of technical experts and practice communities.


* Mentor and develop consulting teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


* Help expand ERM's market presence and reputation within the Technical Due Diligence and Transaction Advisory Services marketplace.

What You'll Bring

Required



* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
