Customer Technical Support Specialist

* Reports to the Director of Operations.


* Fulfills tasks based on direct manager assignment


* Deploys Company’s Customer Support activities: Assists in the response to customer technical queries and service calls to the Customer Support.


* Answers customer queries to support telephone out of office hours as and when required.


* Plans, manages and performs version upgrades, on site and remotely.


* Be available for On-call support on rotation, evening, weekends and holidays as necessary
