JOIN OUR TEAM! The Manufacturers' Golf & Country Club Hosts are responsible for warmly greeting members and their guests while ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Hosts are often the first point of contact and play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable membership experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, professional, and able to remain calm under pressure.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.

Manage seating arrangements and organize dining room sections.

Efficiently use the POS system to manage reservations and assign tables.

Efficiently multitask while greeting and seating multiple parties.

Learn and anticipate member preferences and needs, responding proactively to requests.

Understand and follow the restaurant's service standards and procedures.

Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor with members, guests, and fellow team members.

Complete daily side work and cleaning responsibilities.

Maintain an organized and welcoming host stand and entrance area.
