Position Overview As a Home Health Liaison/Marketer, youll serve as the bridge between healthcare providers, patients, and home health services, ensuring smooth transitions and providing patients with the care they need.

This role is key to driving revenue growth across all programs at Caprock Home Health while maintaining compliance with Stark Law and Anti-Kickback regulations.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, discharge planners, and referral sources.Market Caprocks services, ensuring a holistic approach to increase admissions across all programs.Plan and implement community education initiatives to raise awareness of Caprock's services and the Medicare Home Health benefit.Represent Caprock at senior activities, health fairs, and other community events.Identify and access community resources to support patients.Provide regular reports on marketing efforts, referral growth, and competitive analysis.Maintain a minimum of 40 professional contacts per week to build strategic partnerships.Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute strategic growth plans.

Skills & Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED.Strong communication skills (oral and written).Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Knowledge of Medicare Home Health or the ability to learn quickly.Valid drivers license with a good driving record.Clear criminal background record.

Preferred: Healthcare marketing experience (1+ year).Spanish language proficiency.Exceptional organizational, time management, and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (e.g., carrying materials for seminars and health fairs).Comfortable with travel and working independently in a hybrid setting.
