Key Responsibilities



* Direct and oversee multiple small to medium projects, or one large project, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.


* Supervise and support field staff and Foremen in daily project administration.


* Maintain strong relationships with General Contractor Superintendents and office teams.


* Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to ensure smooth execution.


* Ensure all BEI safety procedures and relevant electrical codes are followed.


* Track project progress through regular reports and maintain all required documentation and logs.


* Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication, reliable service delivery, and long-term partnerships.


* Coordinate effectively with site coordinators, clients, and subcontractors.

Qualifications



* 4–6 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager (field and/or office experience welcomed).


* High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.


* Proven experience managing commercial/industrial electrical projects.


* Ability to lead and mentor field teams while communicating effectively with clients.


* Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.
