Project Manager – Lead Large-Scale Commercial Self-Storage Facility Builds

Job Overview:


* Company: Rapid Construction Solutions LLC.


* Salary/Pay Rate: $100,000 - $130,000 per year (Based on experience) plus Performance Bonus.


* Location: Florida and Southeast Region (Travel Required).


* Job/Employment Type: Full Time.


* Schedule: Monday - Friday.


* Project Scope: Commercial / Industrial Self-Storage.

ou will serve as a high-impact leader managing the design and execution of premier self-storage facilities across the Southeast.

This role empowers you to oversee multi-million dollar projects from inception to completion while managing diverse field teams.

You will drive excellence in a company that has completed over $100 million in projects and values professional accountability.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Direct day-to-day operations for multiple commercial projects to ensure strict adherence to timelines and safety standards.


* Supervise and mentor field Superintendents to guarantee high-quality installations and compliance with company protocols.


* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and building owners to define complex project scopes and build-out requirements.


* Develop and manage comprehensive construction schedules using Microsoft Project to maintain project transparency.


* Manage project budgets, estimates, and change orders to ensure financial objectives and cost-control measures are met.


* Facilitate project closeout procedures, including punch lists and client walkthroughs, to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.


* Proven ability to lead field Superintendents and manage multi-site project teams.


* Strong proficiency in reading construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.


* Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word for project documentation.


* Willingness to travel to various job sites throughout the East Coast as required.
