This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey (USA).

Alternate hybrid locations may be considered at other Innovative Medicine Supply Chain hubs such as Horsham, Pennsylvania (USA); Cork, Ireland; Beerse, Belgium; or Zug, Switzerland.

The Director, Supply Chain Reliability is responsible for defining and leading the enterprise strategy for end-to-end performance management and supply chain reliability across Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.

This role integrates performance visibility, digital enablement, and reliability methodologies to proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve systemic supply chain risks.
