Real Estate Valuation - Senior Consultant

We offer comprehensive end-to-end support and advisory services, covering areas such as valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.

The team works closely with clients at every stage of their journey, helping them navigate challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and implement practical solutions before, during, and after major transformational projects or transactions creating lasting impact.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Valuation & Modeling team, you will be responsible for:



* Conducting research from both primary and secondary data sources


* Data mining and organizing data


* Interviewing market participants and property managers


* Writing quality memos and reports


* Performing lease abstractions, audits & revenue optimization analysis


* Performing financial / cash flow modeling


* Preparing Argus/DYNA/Excel based models


* Analyzing of economic and/or demographic data


* Understanding and applying applicable audit / reporting rules and analyses


* Performing inspections of real estate projects, and performing 3rd-party appraisal review

The team

Our Valuation & Modeling team provides financial modeling for business planning, transactions, and operational improvements.

We conduct valuation for tax purposes, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), litigation, bankruptcy, and risk management.

Additionally, we support audit processes with fair value measurements.

Qualifications Required:



* Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in one of the following majors including: real estate, economics, accounting, finance or business administration with a real estate / economic focus, or a related field of study
