Patient Appointment Specialist Full Time Are you friendly, organized, and comfortable juggling a busy phone line while keeping the details straight? Columbia Orthopaedic Group is looking for afull-time Patient Appointment Specialist to join our team.

This position is often one of the first points of contact for our patients.

Youll help patients schedule appointments, answer questions, and make sure they are connected with the right provider and services.

What Youll Do Answer incoming patient calls and assist with scheduling needsSchedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointmentsHelp patients navigate provider availability and servicesUpdate patient demographics and appointment information in the electronic medical recordProvide accurate information about our providers, services, and clinic processesWork closely with clinical teams to resolve scheduling questions or conflictsMaintain accurate documentation and scheduling recordsProvide friendly, professional service, even when the phones are busyProtect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
