Spanish Bilingual Behavior Technician ABA Center Based

Heart to Heart is looking for a bilingual Spanish/English Behavior Technician (BT) to join our ABA center.

This is a part-time, after-school position for someone who is compassionate, dependable, energetic, and enjoys working with children.

The Behavior Technician will provide direct ABA services and work closely with a BCBA to help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

What You'll Do Provide direct ABA services to children in a center-based setting.Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.Teach communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies.Collect accurate data during sessions.Communicate client progress and concerns to the supervising BCBA.Support children during transitions, activities, and daily routines.Communicate effectively with Spanish- and English-speaking clients and families.Follow clinical direction and incorporate feedback from the BCBA.Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment.Maintain client confidentiality and follow company policies.
