340B Program Coordinator - 2006 Madison Ave
This position would report to the Director of 340B Pharmacy Services.
The main job duties are described below.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Work with accounts receivable staff and the 340B Director to investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to billing and payments as well as monitor the receivable accounts to identify late payments and maintain accurate payment records Assist in processing of invoices received from the wholesalers, third party administrators and vendors to the accounts payable team to be recorded in the system and paid timely Review of monthly billing, payment and reimbursement activity Assist 340B Director with internal and external audits done monthly and/or quarterly Contact wholesalers when needed to verify pricing or obtain account information Work with third party management companies to obtain necessary reports requested by the 340B Director and outside parties Perform general bookkeeping and reporting on various 340B financial analysis as well as maintain organized documents and receipts Assist 340B Director with contract revisions for new pharmacy opportunities Assist 340B Director with onboarding and setup activities during implementation for new pharmacies Communicate with internal departments to assist with routine 340B compliance inquiries Preparation of documents needed for internal and external audits Be a backup for day-to-day issues that arise in program Assist with annual HRSA recertification completion for all covered entities and appropriately register any new sites Review of 340B utilization reports Assists in the monitoring and various tracking and reporting measurements to ensure compliance with the program KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Knowledge of the 340B program Proficient in Microsoft excel Knowledge in EPIC (preferable but not required) Willingness to learn new software systems and platforms Ability to prioritize daily tasks and meet timely obligations and deadlines Professional experience working with confidential and sensitive information EDUCATION High School Diploma - Required Associate's degree in business, Healthcare Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience - Preferred WORK EXPERIENCE Pharmacy experience - Preferred COMPUTER PROFICIENCY Basic computer and internet navigational skills - Required Computer literacy with Windows-based operating systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Required Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) technology -Preferred
