Think you have what it takes? Then come grow with us! About the Role: The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the dispensary manager with managerial duties as well as fulfillment and inventory responsibilities.

This position will consist of approximately 50% inventory/fulfillment work and 50% managerial tasks.

How youll make a difference: Assist with tasks with physical inventory including but not limited to: Order fulfillment, delivery intake, monitoring aging inventory, destruction oversight, reconciliations, and inventory discrepancies.

Authorize product returns Assist with product recall processes Assist with the creation promotion development.

Responsible for managing the daily menu based on the current inventory.

Assist the Dispensary Manager with required daily/monthly audits.

Manage daily sales operations including but not limited to cash reconciliation, sales reporting, access inventory audits.

Ensuring compliance with state guidelines regarding patient interactions/education.

Oversight of any vendors and visitors.

Assist with facilitating patient education events.

Resolve patient concerns/requests Assist with staff conflict/coaching Assist with employee scheduling, recruiting, and onboarding Follow up on general building maintenance Skills to be Successful: Education and Experience Must be 21 years of age or older Associates degree or equivalent, bachelors preferred.
