What Youll Do Provide non-medical support to clients according to individualized service agreements and care expectations.Offer companionship and socialization through conversation, games, walks, activities, and other client-preferred engagement.Assist with personal services such as meal preparation, bathing, toileting, dressing, hygiene, and other daily support needs.Support household needs such as laundry, dishwashing, cleaning, shopping, organizing, and simple home tasks.Provide or arrange transportation and accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, activities, or other approved destinations.Observe changes in client condition, routine, safety, or environment and communicate concerns promptly and factually.Complete required documentation accurately, thoroughly, and on time.Work closely with other Care Professionals and Lindsey Life Home Care team members to support smooth, reliable service delivery.Attend required meetings, in-services, and educational training.Work up to 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend and some holidays as needed.
