Quality Engineering Technician
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform routine and non-routine inspections and tests on products and components to verify compliance with quality standards.
* Collect, record, and analyze quality data to support engineering and manufacturing teams in identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
* 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, testing, or quality engineering support roles.
* Strong knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and data collection methods.
* Proficiency with quality measurement tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
* Experience with quality standards such as ISO or Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
WE VALUE
* Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or related field.
* Experience in building automation or manufacturing industries.
* Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis techniques.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
