Network & Systems Administrator

The Network & Systems Administrator will manage the high-availability federal production platforms,ensure top-tier system performance, and protect critical infrastructure against emerging threats.

This position is classified as Hybrid/Remote with the ability to go onsite in Arlington, VA as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Designs and integrates robust cloud infrastructure and platform solutions to support cross-platform operations and meet organizational goals.Architects scalable systems and optimizes overall platform performance to ensure high availability and speed.Enforces security and compliance frameworks, incorporating FedRAMP and NIST standards into daily operations.Maintains federal production platforms, adhering strictly to availability and incident-response requirements.Executes log monitoring, event analysis, alerting, and root-cause analysis to build and manage clear operational dashboards.Coordinates seamlessly with Government hosting providers and enterprise service organizations to streamline service delivery.Controls configuration, release, vulnerability, patch, and change management processes to minimize risk and maximize uptime.Manages Drupal hosting architecture and its specific dependencies to deliver secure and stable web environments.Applies ITIL best practices and communicates effectively during incidents to provide clear documentation and rapid resolution.
