Janitor

Housekeeping Services Janitor Touchmark at Fairway Village has an opening for a full time - Janitorial position, swing shift 11am to 7:30pm.

The janitorial duties include taking out trash, checking supplies in publicly accessible restrooms, cleaning common areas, moving furniture, and general cleaning.

Position Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to, the following: • Clean offices, treating carpets, empty trash, take out recycling as needed.

• Keep supervisor apprised of all changes in equipment performance and of the need for supplies • Maintain a safe environment, free of physical hazards, and maintain the security and safety of the premises including building-walks and checking exterior doors Key requirements of this position: • Patient tactful, and flexible when dealing with residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, physicians, staff members and the general public • Willingness to perform a variety of repetitive tasks – carpet experience is a plus! • Adherence to the Touchmark Gold Standards of behavior and performance, including Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion.
