Pacific Coast Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our premier in-house rehabilitation program in Salinas.

Our rehabilitation program includes a large therapy gym and a fully equipped ADL Suite designed for practical, real-world functional training.

Key Responsibilities


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.


* Provide evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence, ADLs, cognition, and upper-extremity function.


* Utilize the ADL Suite for realistic, goal-oriented functional training.


* Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary therapy team.


* Supervise COTAs in accordance with California practice guidelines.


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.


* Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiatives.


* Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home programs, safety, and equipment use.

Qualifications


* Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing.


* Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills.


* Commitment to resident-centered care and interdisciplinary teamwork.


* New graduates are welcome to apply.
