What Youll Do: As a Medication Technician (Med Tech)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), youll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by: Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.

Administering medications accurately, maintaining precise records, and utilizing our electronic health records system (Yardi).

Working closely with licensed nursing staff, to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols.

Collaborating with a supportive, tight-knit team.

Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
