Job Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains and repairs various hotel systems, ensuring all equipment functions optimally.Performs preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to minimize breakdowns and extend asset life.Diagnoses and resolves issues with HVAC Systems.Addresses plumbing concerns, ensuring water systems are fully operational.Troubleshoots and repairs Electrical Systems, including lighting, outlets, and circuit issues safely.Executes general repairs across the property.Manages overall building maintenance, ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the hotel.Responds promptly to Guest Service requests, resolving maintenance issues efficiently and courteously Utilizes Work Order Systems to track tasks, document repairs, and manage inventory effectively.Adheres strictly to all Safety Procedures, promoting a secure environment for guests and staff alike.Collaborates with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize guest disruption.Identifies and reports larger maintenance needs or potential hazards to management.
