Position Summary: The Senior Human Resources Generalist serves as the primary HR operations resource for Catalyst Nutraceuticals, supporting employee relations, onboarding, compliance, HR administration, benefits, performance management, and workforce support initiatives.

This role partners closely with managers and employees to ensure consistent application of HR policies, maintain compliance with employment regulations, and deliver a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Working Conditions This is an in-person role based in Buford, Georgia.

Regular on-site presence is required to support recruiting activities, employee engagement, onboarding, and daily HR operations.
