Hometown America has a unique opportunity available for a Maintenance Supervisor at Angola Beach & Estates located in Lewes, DE.

As the Maintenance Supervisor you will: Lead a team to ensure day to day maintenance of all community buildings, pools and spas and timely performance of ongoing projects.

Perform a variety of routine, emergency and preventative maintenance tasks for community common buildings, common areas and leased homes Communicate daily with property manager and collaborate as a team player in order to achieve customer expectations and ensure ongoing operations.
