Talent Acquisition Specialist
Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for high-volume positions.
Primarily frontline retail, janitorial, and lead level positions across multiple store and/or contract locations.
This role partners closely with retail and/or contracts leadership to understand staffing needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver qualified candidates to support business objectives.
Essential Duties(Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.) 1.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for frontline and lead level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding support.2.
Post and maintain job advertisements across various job boards, social media platforms, and internal recruitment systems.3.
Review and screen candidate applications to identify qualified talent.4.
Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.5.
Coordinate and manage interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.6.
Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and other pre-employment requirements.7.
Extend employment offers and assist new hires with completion of onboarding and initial employment paperwork.8.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Supervisory Responsibilities The associate in this position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education/Experience/Certificates/Security Clearance • High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume retail, hospitality, housekeeping, customer service, warehousing, distribution, or similar fast-paced environment.
• No professional certifications are required for this position.
• Valid state driver's license, insurance and satisfactory driving record are required.
• Associates in this position will be required to successfully pass both state and federal criminal background checks and sex offender check.
• Ability to operate PC and databases, proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated experience recruiting for frontline, hourly positions.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and Microsoft Office applications.?? Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building abilities.
