We are seeking compassionate, skilled clinicians who are passionate about working with adults, adolescents, and families affected by substance use, mental health disorders, trauma, and co-occurring conditions.
Our clinicians play a critical role in supporting individuals involved in Treatment Court, Probation, Parole, and other correctional and community supervision programs.

Primary Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive mental health and substance use assessments.
* Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
* Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices.
* Facilitate recovery-focused and psychoeducational groups.
* Collaborate with Treatment Court teams, probation/parole officers, attorneys, judges, and other community stakeholders.
* Monitor client progress and provide recommendations regarding treatment engagement and recovery goals.
* Complete clinical documentation in accordance with Medicaid, ASAM, court, and organizational standards.
* Participate in multidisciplinary staffing meetings and case consultations.
* Support clients in developing recovery skills, relapse prevention strategies, and community support networks.
Ideal Candidate
* Licensed or license-eligible clinician (LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, CADC, or related behavioral health credential).
* Experience working with substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and trauma-informed care preferred.
* Interest or experience working with justice-involved populations, probation and parole clients, and treatment court participants.
* Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
* Commitment to recovery-oriented and person-centered care.
* All positions require the completion of a background check.
